How can I get more streams?

I purchased the Premium license and quickly ran out of streams.
I than moved to the JW Platform, but I don't see how that's given me any more streaming.

It just says I'm out of streams and the player fails to load any content when it's pointed to a JW hosted file. It works fine when I tell it to play a file I'm hosting.
