HD tongue button idea

I made another post about the HD toggle button when it just has 2 qualities
In 6.1 was possible to use 2 qualities without toggle button
I doesn't make any sense to have the button like this when I only have videos with 360p and 480p streams
People will think the video is HD when its not
Or if the video was 720p and 1080p it wouldn't make sense too

Its possible to create an option like this in the next version?
Something like:

togglebutton: false;

and it would act like 6.1 version
but as default it stays true like it is now

It is possible to alter the skin to remove/change the HD button to display another icon. However, I can see if bringing a non-toggle functionality back would be feasible for a future version.
