VTT bullets in FF & IE are truncated when going out of the video frame.

In our embed code we define a VTT file. The entries of the VTT file which correspond to bullets on the playback timeline are truncated when going out of the video frame. The problem happens on Firefox and Internet Explorer when playing the .mp4 file.
