Restrict user to limited number of viewing hours

I am using Moodle Lms for elearning. I teach my students from video lectures which i make and upload to vimeo. I am presently embedding my videos in moodle as a web page. In this I cannot restrict my students to share their login with others.

I want to create course / video playlist and want to create student account for limited number of Hours. suppose my course contains 100 hours of video and i want to give my students 150 hours of video viewing. I can create playlists of videos but sometimes i need to give my students pdf files also.

Now Please give me full details whether

with the help of JW Player and i achieve the following control over videos
1) restrict viewing hours for my students.
2) while playing video by students can we show as a watermark the name and ip address of students so that if they do screen capturing and distribute videos i can track who has done wrong.
3) I want to use vimeo in the back end because my videos are there.

It’s possible to do all of these things, but the player itself does not have this functionality built in. Any sort of hour-per-student measurement will need to be done site-side.

So to answer your inquiries:
1) This needs to be constructed likely on the page-level. Again, the player has no built-in functionality to measure time watched based on a particular metric. (Student ID, for example)
2) You can also do this separately, but it potentially will not function fully on fullscreen mode. It is mentioning that preventing screen capture may not be effective if your videos can be directly downloaded as files, however.
3) Vimeo pro can be used in this manner, provided that you’re able to get an MP4, HLS, or RTMP stream into the player.
