HLS problem with Jwplayer 6.11

We used to use jwplayer 6.8 for hls playback, it's working ok without any problem.
I want to test jwplayer 6.11 (using JWPlayer wizard), it play about 3 seconds, stop about 0.5s, then contiue. This happens again and again til the end of video.

Playlist I use to test is: http://125.212.220.133/upload/2015/01/18/MIqfuZ78vQc.m3u8

This playlist is played well with jwp 6.8, play smoothly with safari.

Is playlist generated has problem with new jwplayer 6.11?

Well, I ask too fast.
We generate hls playlist and ts file using in-house streaming server, we have a dirty fix to adaptive bitrate by +- 0.5s when segmenting mp4 file.
Remove that +-0.5s fix issue with jwp 6.11.

yes, we did.
It's problem with our server, not jwplayer.
