Firefox for max will not stream files

Hi. I can stream in every other borwser I try on mac. PC browser fine. iOS and Android fine but FF for the mac has to fully buffer the file before playback.

I'm on a rackspace apache server. I have read around and tried creating a .htaccess file with the correct mimetype ... no dice

AddType video/mp4 .m4v

What am I doing wrong?
