Custom Player option not available in new WP theme
I have recently upgraded to JW6 and switched WordPress themes (Mythemeshop's Schema).
After dealing with some issues in the theme's css to fix player height issues, I have found another problem when trying to add the JW shortcode to a new post. Even though I have a Custom player set up, only the default player setting is available when adding new media to a post in WordPress. I have changed the settings of the custom player and the default player to responsive, then fixed dimension; to flash and then to htlm5; viewed in Firefox and Chrome -- I can't see what the issue is.
When I revert to another theme, like twentyfifteen, the problem resolves.
I am trying to work on this at the other end with support from the theme designer, but I was wondering if anyone had encountered similar problems here.
